- Speakers on the County plastic bans including: Tamara Farnsworth Division Manager, County of Maui Department of Environmental Management, Environmental Protection & Sustainability Division, will speak on the Maui ban and give details on what will and won’t be included; and a speaker from Honolulu’s Department of Environmental Services.
